Stefanie von Külmer is the heart and soul of the hotel. With her charming and warm manner, she has been looking after the well-being of her guests and employees for many years as hotel manager. Whenever there is a need, she is always there and is happy to lend a hand herself. A passionate hostess who brings her guests a little closer to heaven.

Jens Riedel
Jens Riedel is as much a part of the monastery hotel as the Ettaler Manndl is of the Ammergau Alps. He has been a loyal supporter of Mrs. von Külmer for many years and is the contact person for guests and employees.
