In the midst of the picturesque nature of the Ammergau Alps and just a few kilometers north of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, our conference center ALPENKLAUSUR is located in the Ettal Monastery, directly opposite our Ettal Monastery Hotel. A unique ambience with a lot of history awaits you here behind old monastery walls.

A total of eight conference rooms can accommodate up to 500 people. Each room is equipped with the latest conference technology and whether it is a face-to-face event or a hybrid conference - everyone will find the perfect place for their individual event here. All rooms are flooded with light and most have access to the idyllic monastery garden, which invites you to linger.

Even though our walls look back on a long history, the interior of the ALPENKLAUSUR is ultra-modern: subtle colors, lots of glass and large windows determine the design of the newly created seminar rooms. Here you can ponder, discuss, reject and learn, develop ideas and create solutions.
